The WSRW report P for Plunder 2019 to be published on 3 April 2018 contains information on all 33 vessels that departed occupied Western Sahara from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
WSRW has contacted the operators responsible for these vessels.

We continue to monitor the legal framework that governs our activities that relates to the transports we have undertaken from Laayounne. Our latest review was during fourth quarter of 2018, where we obtained a confirmation that our activities are in compliance with current regulations. The latest update has been:-
Through Danish Shipping we obtained a confirmation from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs that there have been no significant amendments to either Danish or international laws governing the trade with Western Sahara.
Our legal team confirms that there have been no changes in Danish regulation affecting the trade with Western Sahara
Our customer confirms that they have done extensive due diligence to ensure that they are in compliance with laws and regulations.
Our legal team confirms that there has not been introduced any embargoes by United Nations.
We shall keep monitoring the legal framework governing the transportation to and from Western Sahara, and should there be changes we shall naturally ensure that we are in compliance.

For the sake of clarification, kindly note the vessel was operating on time charter.
